OCCUPIED STAGING CONSULTATION
A 1-hour in person OR virtual consultation with a comprehensive written plan to follow 24-48 hrs after giving guidance and a step by step guide on how to stage your home using the current furnishings and decor currently in the space.
Prices are based on square footage:
$250 for homes 0-3,500 sqf (up to 1 hour consultation + written plan)
$350 for homes 3,501 - 5,999 sqft (up to 1.5 hour consultation + written plan)
$400 for homes 6,000 - 7,999 sqft (up to 2 hour consultation + written plan)
$450+ for homes 8,000+ sqft (up to 2.5 hour consultation + written plan)
DIY based on the list, or hire Farmhouse Staging & Co. to do it all for you for an hourly fee (*see Property Styling service)
*For Realtors, any property we do a Staging Consultation or Property Styling at, we offer the option of a Written Property Description for you to use in the MLS starting at $55.
PROPERTY STYLING
(OCCUPIED HOMES)
We provide an initial consultation and send a ‘to-do list’ prior to our arrival for styling (See Occupied Staging Consultation). We will then style your home to perfection at an hourly rate before professional photography is taken based on the provided plan. Depending on needs to freshen up the space + your budget, we will coordinate some personal shopping for bedding, pillows, lighting, flowers, etc. as needed to give your home the glow it deserves for its online debut.
Not selling your home but want us to come in and use what you already have?
We LOVE giving a space a good refresh, coming in with a different perspective. We can style your desired space(s) in a day (depending on scale of the job) and can either provide you a list of items you can purchase to spruce up your space, or we can shop and style it for you!
Billed at an Hourly Rate
$175/hour (min. 2 hours)
$85/hour for personal shopping
REDESIGN CONSULTATION
Whether you want to Redesign your kitchen, bathroom, or just plain want to refresh a space, we will help you build a plan to get you started. We cover everything from color + fixture recommendations to repurposing furniture and sourcing for new items during a one hour consultation in-person or virtually, giving as much advice as we can possibly give on site during our time together.
If you prefer we assist with actually sourcing for items in your home or pulling a space together, our 2nd tiered Redesign Service offers creating a concise laid out plan including a design board that visually showcases how you can pull a designated space together with links that direct you to each item where you can review and purchase.
Our Fee is $150/hour and begins with an initial consultation to evaluate and give as much on-site advice as we can.
From there, if desired we can develop a Design Plan for you, sourcing for items that would enhance the space - we provide Design Boards with provided links to each item so you can purchase yourself, or you can hire Farmhouse Staging & Co. to order all items and install/style on a designated day. (Fee is $150/hour with a required initial deposit based on agreed upon scope of work)
Additional Project Management to coordinate contractors/vendors available upon request.
