Andrea Neff is the Owner + Senior Stylist of Farmhouse Staging & Co. She has been working as a Home Stager since 2013, originally having had worked as an in-house stager with two of the top producing real estate teams in the country. Having conducted thousands of consultations for clients, Andrea understands the emotional and stressful aspects that preparing a home to sell quickly in today's market entails. She comes equipped with the knowledge of the Real Estate industry, being a licensed Realtor in Pennsylvania, and focuses on building a strategic and specific plan to prepare a clients’ home to perfection in order to get the highest foot traffic through their front door and more importantly, getting them as much money for their biggest asset. Andrea’s business organically grew into the Redesign side of things when clients would request her advice on the homes they were moving into, creating a comfortable and stylish space for everyday living. Her services for Redesign Consultations have grown more + more popular over the years as she provides consultations and design plans based on the clients’ individual needs, recommending everything furnishings + decor to kitchen and bathroom finishes and beyond!
Andrea lives in Glenmoore, PA with her husband, her busy red-headed toddler who always keeps her on her toes, and two pups Chepe (a pug) and Kali (a black Lab/Shepherd mix). She enjoys checking out antique stores, thrifting, hosting parties, traveling to quiet getaways and staying at cool boutique hotels and Airbnbs where she can draw inspiration for her own business, spending time at the Delaware Beaches, and could live on Mediterranean food and sushi. Andrea is also a licensed Realtor in PA, and loves helping clients not only from staging their home to selling, but also helping her buyers see the vision for their new home and beyond!
kimberly ely | staging specialist + property stylist
Kimberly (you can call her Kimmie!) joined Farmhouse Staging & Co. in early 2022 as our Staging Specialist with a focus on educating homeowners on what it takes to sell their home for top dollar in any market. Her passion for working with clients comes with her knack for listening, learning, and teaching, based on clients’ individual needs. These skills come naturally to her, given a strong background in education and teaching. In 2018, Kimmie became a licensed Realtor. Through working with buyers and sellers her passion became clear: helping individuals, couples, and families prepare for big life transitions, such as moving! She has a firm understanding of the stress and emotion that come with preparing a home to go on the market. She meets every client with care, compassion, and assurance that altering their space through the home staging process will get them to the next phase of their journey.
Kimmie lives in Chester Springs with her husband and 3 children, who she spends time with laughing and being outdoors. She loves getting to know her clients, listening to their stories, and going above and beyond to help others. In her spare time she loves reading, writing, and she runs amazing wellness events at her personal Studio geared towards busy moms in Chester County, including private and group yoga sessions, spiritual + personal guidance through professional coaches/teachers, and so much more (sound baths, tarot card readings, professional clothing stylists, the works!)
KATIE ZAHNISER | PROPERTY STYLIST + STAGING & REDESIGN SPECIALIST
Katie joined Farmhouse Staging & Co. in 2024 as a Property Stylist and Redesign Specialist. Her degree in Design & Merchandising has allowed her to apply her skills and knowledge to a range of clients – from startups to Fortune 50 companies – in the digital design space. Needless to say, her passion for helping clients and businesses express their brand and style through thoughtful and strategic design choices is evident and her attention to detail shows in every consultation she conducts.
In 2021, Katie and her husband purchased their forever home and worked closely with the builder and interior design firm to make every selection. Following this process and having spent several years as a stay-at-home mom, she felt a pull into the interior design space and soon discovered home staging. Since working with Farmhouse Staging & Co., Katie has found working with clients to prepare their home for sale to be truly rewarding. She brings kindness, understanding and reassurance to every appointment knowing this can be an overwhelming time for homeowners.
Katie lives in Paoli, PA with her husband, two children and cavapoo, Archie. Katie is a life-long resident of the Philly burbs having lived in Bucks, Montgomery and Chester Counties. She loves to explore parks, playgrounds and libraries with her kids. In her spare time, she loves playing tennis (you can usually catch her at a clinic at the Upper Main Line YMCA), shopping at vintage, thrift and antique stores, spending time in Lewes, DE where her parents have a beach house, and trying out new restaurants and coffee shops in the area.
