A step by step checklist will be created during the appointment, to provide to home sellers ensuring they can complete the work themselves if they desire.

INVENTORY RENTAL [VACANT]
Farmhouse Staging & Co. will conduct an initial complimentary consultation of the Vacant Property and will send a comprehensive proposal based on the recommendations of what rooms should be staged to showcase the home in the best light to sell as quickly as possible, and for top dollar.
Inventory rental can range anywhere from $1,500 for minimal staging upwards to $5,000+ for a full scale staging install.

Whether you are thinking of selling your home in the next few years and want to complete updates so you can actually ENJOY them before moving out, or you are just plain-old tired of a space and need to freshen up your home to give you a better sense of comfort and happiness. We are here to conduct a walkthrough of your home to see how current items could be re-purposed, and discuss your goals of updating each space desired. A detailed written report with design elements for a full bathroom or kitchen re-design and/or sourced items and links to purchase furniture or accessories will be provided within days after the in-person consultation.
